How David Silva Photography looks after the photos in this portal and the people in them.

Who we are

Studio Portal is run by David Silva Photography, London. Contact: [email protected].

What we keep

• The photos David delivers to a client, in a private gallery.
• How many times a gallery was opened and how many photos were downloaded. These are counts only: no names, and no IP addresses are shown to anyone.
• A small cookie on your device so you don't have to enter the gallery password again for 30 days.

Who can see the photos

Only people with the gallery link and its password. Galleries are not listed anywhere and search engines are asked not to index them. David can change the password or close a gallery at any time.

How long we keep them

• A gallery link works for 90 days by default. After that the gallery shows as closed.
• 12 months after the event, the viewing and download copies are deleted. David keeps the original files as his archive.

If you're in a photo

You can ask for a photo of you to be removed from a gallery, or for a whole gallery to be deleted. Email [email protected] with the gallery name and a description of the photo.
